It’s a creative play on the words “the'' and “cure.” The idea came about when our founder realized she wanted to find a cure for the disconnect between people of color and the beauty space in the Middle East. She, being a solution-oriented person, wanted to find a fun word to reflect just that.

All orders above AED 300 in the UAE are eligible for free shipping.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number to view the status of your order(s). Alternatively, you can monitor all of your orders in the ‘MY ORDER’ section in your account. We hope you receive your order(s) soon!

Our courier partners can take up to 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working, please reach out to us as soon as you can via customercare@thekur.com.

You can access your listed addresses from your account under the “My Address” section. If your order has been placed under an incorrect address, please email customercare@thekur.com.

We are firm advocates of proper health and safety measures when it comes to our team and KÜRmunity. Our fulfillment team operates under strict health guidelines to ensure the products you receive are safe and maintain their quality throughout.

We understand it happens! You can always cancel your order anytime before your order is processed for a full refund. Refunds can take up to 7 business days depending on your payment method. Please note, once the item has been shipped, we cannot revert the transaction.

Our payment process is very simple! We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. For payment installments, refer to our Tabby section here.

Simply shop online, add items to your cart, and checkout as normal. At checkout, choose Tabby as your preferred payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Tabby and provide payment details. While returning customers, simply log in to make their purchase.

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, you will be notified by email and SMS when your next payment is due. You can also see all your upcoming due payments within your Tabby account.

Tabby orders are delivered with our standard shipping time frame once the order has been placed.
